Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Alpha Sentinel (the website at https://alphasentinel.tech, the Android app and the iPhone Home Screen app, together “the service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. What the service does

Alpha Sentinel monitors publicly available market data for tokens listed on Binance Alpha and sends you alerts — by push notification, browser notification or email — when conditions you or the service define are met. It does not trade, hold funds, give investment recommendations, or connect to your exchange account.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use such services where you live.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Unless your plan says otherwise, an account may be signed in on one device at a time; signing in elsewhere signs the previous device out. Accounts may not be shared or resold.
• Access is by a paid plan, or free by invitation. We may decline or withdraw an invitation.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service; don’t scrape it or redistribute its alerts as your own product; don’t use it for anything unlawful.

4. No financial advice

Alerts describe what the market did. They are not advice to buy, sell or hold anything, and nothing in the service is a recommendation. You alone decide what to do and bear the results. See the Risk Disclaimer.

5. Accuracy and availability

Market data comes from third parties (including Binance and CoinGecko) and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Alerts can be late, duplicated or missed — for example if a data source, network, phone or notification provider fails. The service is provided “as is”, without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

6. Paid plans

• Plans, prices and what each includes are shown on the website before you pay. A plan runs for the period paid for (30 days or 365 days) from when the payment is confirmed; your first payment adds 7 extra days. Paying again before the end date adds the new period to it.
• Payment is in USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), to the address and for the exact amount shown. Payments sent on another network, in another token, or for a different amount may not be matched automatically, and tokens sent on the wrong network may be unrecoverable.
• Plans don’t renew automatically. Crypto payments can’t be reversed, and we don’t offer refunds except where the law requires it.
• When a plan ends, alerts pause and your settings and alert rules are kept for when you renew. We may change prices for future payments; a period already paid for is not affected.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Alpha Sentinel is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from the service, including missed, late or incorrect alerts. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

9. Binance

Alpha Sentinel is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Binance. “Binance” and “Binance Alpha” are used only to describe the market it monitors.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Significant changes will be announced in the service.
